10Q/10K Disclosure Checklist - Small Company Filer

Does anyone care to share a disclosure checklist template to use for 10Q/K filings that is geared towards small public filers and specifically for financial institutions? It would be greatly appreciated.

We use our audit firm's disclosure checklist, which is fairly lengthy and is more of an interactive on-line tool. I would suggest you try your audit firm. They have to have a tool that would be useful to you.

Thanks for responding. We had the same issue with a lengthy checklist that we received from our auditors. I was hoping someone has something scaled down to size but it's not looking hopeful.

Anonymous: Unfortunately, there isn't much relief for SME filers - pretty much the same as for the big boys. I'd suggest you stick with your auditor's checklist, it will expedite the document preparation.
