Accounting Checklist for acquisition integration

We just acquired a Company and was wondering if anyone had a post merger accounting checklist for the integration of the acquired company on our systems.

Don't have a list but there is one simple area that is often overlooked. The accounts of the company you acquired should be issued new account numbers.
