accounting software

Our organization has been using Quickbooks since it's inception and now we have outgrown Quickbooks. All reports, budgets, time management, allocations etc are done on Excel and then posted through journal entries.
We are now ready to embark on a webaccess system that will house all these labor intensive work and make my staff more productive.
Any guidance and suggestions would be helpful.

We are looking for one that will work for not-for-profit, grant management environment. We need A/R, Invoicing, A/P, Allocations, Multi Currency posting, Financial Reporting (standardized and ones that can either be developed within the system or incorporate what we already have in place), E-Time that will upload directly to the GL, Budgeting and Grantsand Contracts Administration.
