Hi Everyone: I am an accounting student at the University of Southern New Hampshire and I am struggling to find internships to get practice in the field while I'm earning my degree. I want the internship to be under a CPA so I can work toward my CPA hours requirement. I live in Phoenix, AZ and the school hasn't offered any help when I've inquired about it. I was wondering if anyone had any advice, potential opportunities, or suggestions with the best way I can go about finding an internship. I appreciate any assistance that can be given.

The following would help you out:
- Reaching out to people on LinkedIn and other platforms. Maintain a cool profile and make a formal move with the professionals.
- Referrals! Yes, most MNCs and firms go about hiring people based on referrals. It plays a really good role in terms of landing a job.
- Initial friction to land a job (right after graduation) would be challenging, at times annoying. Don't lose hope!
All the best to you!
