Accounting treatment regarding warrants

If a company issued shares and warrants. it received X amount for both securities. What is the accounting treatment? fair value pro rata? fair value to shares and plug number for the warrants? I would appreciate if you also refer me to the standard. And if warrants include an anti-dilution provision. do they automatically classify as a liability because if possible adjustment to the exercise price? Thank you.
