Acquisition of UK based comapny

I am an interim CFO of a Dallas-based anime (Japanese animation) distribution company. The company is in process to acquire a UK based small start-up with a French subsidiary. I’d like to talk to a fellow Proformative member who possesses experience/knowledge with such a transaction. On a separate note, I’d like to discuss establishing Corporation in Isle of Man/Jersey, Ireland, Cypress to see setting up an off-shore corporation would be advantageous to both European and US entities.
