Alternative to Zenefits? i.e. a simple HRIS system for a small company

I currently have a health care broker for our 11 person small technology start up in NY. I really like his service but am intrigued by the HR software of Zenefits. I am not fond of the compliance issues that Zenefits has recently had coupled with the lack of personal attention. Is anyone aware of a very simple HRIS solution that might allow me to work with my current health insurance broker (and United Healthcare/Oxford)? Thanks!
