We are looking for a GL system with open API that is capable of doing consolidations and eliminating entries. We have various parents entities that may consolidate up to 30 entities based on partial ownership, all entities are U.S. based. All subs and parents will be on the same GL system but we have had little luck finding a cloud based system that can handle this without significant customization. We spoke to Sage Intacct who directed us to combine their services with Adaptive but my hope was to have GL & consolidations in one system. It seems most GLs/ERPs need some additional consolidation software or module. We're not interested in a suite of products, tired of our data being held hostage which is the reason for the new implementation currently. I'd love to hear what other companies are doing in open API environments.
