What is the best software when collecting for your business? I work for SAAS company (rapidly growing). I am a relativley new employee, and wheb i started the company was using quickbooks. I believe we are getting too big (plus not really good for collecting in terms of notes available/reporting) any suggestions??

So as of right now, there are about 450 cleints (entities) and the "projected ar is around 10 mil and bookings for the year 3 mil. I make about 20 calls a day, I tend to most over email, but have certain customers that tend be more responsive when calling. We are currently using 3 systems (sales, customer service, finance) all different - this can make things difficult when trying to gather all of the facts when talking to a customer. When in current positions, I have done personal lease collections (very different then b2b) or worked as 3rd party AR. So coming into a situation without a system already in place has been difficult. Hoping to find out what has proved to be a good solution for others. Thanks for the help!
