Hi, we recently hired in a contract CFO to look at our computers to check our overhead, the way we are structured and so forth. He also has a client that is trying to get into the same industry as my business. A week after he went through my computers , the other business he works for offered my Engineer a job. They would have never heard or knew anything about my engineer without the Contract CFO telling them info off of our computers. Is this an issue I should see a lawyer about? This would have been very detrimental to my company if I would have lost him, and they offered it to him without mentioning it to me. Any info on the matter is appreciated.
