My number one tip is to empower business users to get information quicker and easier than they have before. Typically, you can generate quick wins with this in many instances because oftentimes getting at the actuals information and a variance report may be a huge painpoint for business users in that they have to request it from finance, it may not be timely even if not requested, and finally their feedback may not be incorporated into revising the forecast for the rest of the year.
