Hello, *I apologize if this is against forums rules, I have nothing to sell just looking to gather feedback* I am with an early stage software startup that is interested in building a CRM/Workflow management software. We are interested in gathering some feedback from accountants about CRM/workflow management tools they are using and what kind of issues current tools have (or dont have). Some core features that seem to be lacking in common solutions: 1. Needs email integration - when an email comes in it should be able to be allocated to a team member to follow up. 2. Jobs / tasks should be easily created and allocated around the team / automatic repeating tasks 3. Time tracking 4. Ability to tag clients so you can create a task based on the tag (ie sort by all business clients, all companies, etc and set up a task to call up and discuss a change with them) 5. Ability to sort by tag and send an email to all clients with a particular tag at once (ie legislative changes for trusts) 6. all client interactions should be chronologically visible in one place (phone calls, emails, notes etc) Would anyone be open to participating in a short interview to provide feedback or suggestions? thanks Best, jake

Dear Sam,
We are in the same stage as Jake, we have developed an intelligent tool that works like "Alexa" or "Google" for accountants, where you can get time-consuming tasks like bookkeeping clean-up just by asking it to an assistant.
Would you be up to take a look at our solutions and give us some advice?
Kindly,
Diego
Hi Jake
I am doing the exact same thing right now, do you want to share experiences ?
Hi Jake, we are also in the same stage, we are trying to get advice and feedback from accountants about the benefits of our add-on tool.
Would you like to get in touch?
