We are a mid-market IT services firm looking to establish a subsidiary for offshoring certain components of our business in Argentina. We plan to transfer a few employees down there along with a local hire from Buenos Aires to start up the practice. Does anyone have any advice or concerns from prior experiences of establishing a subsidiary in Argentina? Thanks
