The wiki keeps pretty up to date information about the basic *internal* rates.

Most of your major
But it *matters* how you structure it because of the ways that the various treaties interact (eg double Irish, etc).
All of the major accounting firms publish free commentaries on these topics, but it is pretty country specific.
