I recently joined a SaaS company, and have done tons of research on economic nexus and software taxability matrix. Some states have clear definition of saas, some not. Some identify it as a "canned software delivered on tangible media", some - as a "custom software delivered on tangible media". Looking for recommendations for a good source of information/solution that might help to track it and stay compliant. Thanks.
