We post our Board Books and advance reading materials in a secure drop box site and then assist the Board Members in the set up of CloudOn on their iPads. With this set up, we can monitor when each Board Member assessed the materials via Drop Box and provide fully MS Office functionality through CloudOn. After each meeting the files are removed from the DropBox file location.
