We hear about the failures, the mistakes, the disasters. We all have nicknames for some of the software manufacturers (not all complementary), like "sap all profits" or "Irritable Bowel Syndrome." or "Parsley, Rosemary and Thyme".
Tis the season to be happy (or at least that's what I'm told) so why don't we talk about SUCCESS?
