I'm looking for feedback on a service called ExecRank.

I just got a communication from them that is clearly part of an e-mail blast. If they were Nigerian and their English were problematic, it might be a little clearer what they were up to, but it appears that they are cut from the same cloth.
Apologies if I've made a mistake, but that's how it looks to me.

I made contact with "ExecRank" this past week, claiming that my resume was extremely interesting to them. Having done merely a few minutes search on line and clicking into the details, it would appear that this organization does not truly meet up to the expectations I have for the service as advertised. So many savage reviews that are not in favor of the company. Of course, I will anticipate a follow up with the sales staff... as only to be expected from my past history as a US Navy recruiter.
As my past history also has shown me, sometimes the glamor is great on the advertisement because the product is short. I will continue to parler with the very young California group, however, I also remember the exit training from the US Navy, after 20 years' service: Don't pay to be recruited!
I will probably propose, as many have, listings of successful outcomes, contacts, both of "board members" established and of the companies that have taken on these prospects. A fixed cost, pay per deliverable seems to be in order.
Suspicious as hell...
