What is a good expense reimbursement solution for a startup? Anyone used Expensify?

I have been implementing Expensify over the last 3 months and now have everyone up and running. Here is my evaluation:
-A+ for expense reporting and
-I imported our chart of accounts and enabled certain expense categories to be available for use in different policies set-up by department. I then customized by adding to this category listing (for example, we classify by state so I added expense items such as
-After some initial kinks (there seems to be a sort of sticky memory that kicks in), everyone is much happier (including me and our COO) with this expense reporting system.

-My solution is to template in QuickBooks most expense categories and use the templates as a quick and easy method to pull expenses into QuickBooks. Thus I use Expensify reports as my backup for the 20 line items of travel expenses and use a template to copy and paste the total for travel into QuickBooks.
-While Expensify saves on their servers, I save as a backup on our server. Each Expensify report can be saved as a PDF. I organize with a folder for each month and save each employee's report in that month. All receipts are at the bottom of the PDF, and I think I am good to go in case of IRS audit.
Never used Expensify. Used Concur in the past, but they may be too bloated and expensive for you. Check out Gorilla Expense. The application includes PDF reports, credit card import, electronic receipts etc. The mobile app is very simple to use. We really like their Great Plains integration and overall support. I am sure they integrate with QB as well.
What
I use Expensify and find it saves me about 45 minutes per month (I just expense my AMEX card).
It's not 100% intuitive and after six months I still make the same stupid mistakes (remember I only use once per month) but I would definitely recommend it.
Big fan of Expensify, been using it for about 6 months and have rolled it our to multiple companies.
We just implemented Concur Breeze, which is a skinny version of Concur. Looks like it has most of the functions of Expensify @ $5/user/mo (this was a special in June... might be back up to $8/mo). It's a little "buggy" on the sync with QB but we're hoping some of the expenses that didn't import correctly are user error and we can figure it out! I think it's a good value prop at $60/year.
