Have you ever been in a situation where FedEx lost your package? If yes, please share your experience.

Regis, five times.
2 were lost by the recipient (they blamed FedEx, but it was obviously a mail-room issue).
1 I believe was stolen by an employee at the recipient (they did an internal investigation and didn't call me back).
1 was delivered a month late. It had tire marks on it.
1 was never delivered...got a refund, but that was it. Basically it scanned in, didn't scan out, so we didn't have to pay. That's one of the good things about having a corporate account with them; these things become very easy to track even if you lose the waybill.
Yes, multiple times. We have typically received settlements from Fed-Ex, but we do not obtain our full value.
I haven't had anything lost, but I did have something delivered to the wrong address (literally next building over in NYC, and the office receiving it refused to go next door to pick it up. delayed delivery by one day), and I was impacted by an international strike. Bank papers signed by an owner of the company on his one month break in France was stuck at the airport for several days. We almost lost the deal which would have had a huge impact on our business since a lot of press had already gone out about the project. In both cases Fedex didn't charge us for the delivery, but that really didn't cover the cost of the delay.
