In anticipation of a new piece of business, I'm trying to figure out whether to flow revenue through a Holding Company or split revenue and flow directly to regulated subsidiaries. Does anyone have experience with managing flow of revenue for a broker/dealer operating both internationally and in the US with foreign associated persons?

I've been told that flowing the revenue through a Hold Co is a non-starter for my regulators, so since I posted this question, I believe I have found the only possible solution. Thanks.
