Form 1099-MISC software solution

Can anyone recommend a US tax Form 1099-MISC software solution? We need to prepare and file up to 150 forms in terms of volumes so are looking for a system which enables Excel / csv data imports, email distribution to the tax payer, and online submission to the IRS.

We've been using www.efilemyforms.com for the past few years. Relatively painless.

We use 1099 Express. We take infromation from a couple different systems and upload the inforamtion here. It seems to be good tool and I think only costs $99 per year.

We are using www.efile4biz.com this year. Found them online and they allow you to upload multiple recipient data and save in draft mode if you don't have all the info you need immediately. Pretty helpful.
