The range of products offered by Host Analytics varies, so your question is kinda tough to answer until you decide what functionality you need/don't need, and which users/types of users need which level of functionality.

Your HA sales exec should be able to answer reasonable questions for you, and you should be ready to provide some parameters to her/him so that indicative pricing can be calculated.

You should also, in my humble opinion, be thinking about the business case to support an investment, e.g.
-what gains will you get from a successful deployment (e.g. reduce consolidation cycle time by 24 hrs/month)
-what pains will you get rid of (e.g. eliminate inter-co reconciliation errors of $123k)
-what is the payback period?
