Hi everyone, I am new in doing quarterly reports. I need to do a quarterly report template that does include any financial side. Basically, we are tracking only the achieved tasks in each project that we have. Now we need to show the highlights of each projects that does not include any financial figures. Can anybody help?
How to create a quarterly report without financials?

So your doing a Gantt type chart, only showing milestones achieved???
Somehow it is like that but I don't know how to start it. All what I saw websites includes financials and sales reporting. If you can please advise that would be helpful.
The problem of post anonymously is no one can't privately message you...
Sorry about that, I didn't know that - I am very new to this. But thanks for letting me know.
I just Googled...
...then clicked on Images after I got my search results. If you do the same, I think you'll find some examples that lead you in the right direction.
If I were you, however, I would assume that whatever you create as your first report won't be exactly what your audience has in mind. So be sure to ask members of your audience (individually) how you could improve the report in the future...and WHY their suggestions will improve your report.
By asking for feedback, you'll not only give them better information in the future, you'll learn a lot about how your audience thinks, which is always valuable.
tracking only the achieved tasks in each project ......I suggest you use colour code "red, green, blue &Yellow". You need to define each colour with a grade range of % "Red is negative achieved, Yellow 61-74%, blue "75-94%" & Green 95-100%. You will need to define based on your needs to impact the report.
You should also check with your senior what they want to see and how? And do share your though what you want to do and how it may reflect in you presentation. Discussing and concluding with your boss or senior can help you to save time and improve reporting.
