They are also saying that our home office/admin days are no longer allowed and do not count that time toward our work hours that day. I work in alcohol distribution and am required to put together wine lists, beer menus, cocktail lists, presentations, etc which I need to do from home and they aren’t counting those hours of work in the hours per day we work. I just want to know my rights as a100% commission outside sales person. Can anyone give me any advice?
