I am looking for a template or copy of a recent SAAS monthly subscription contract for accounting software or related SAAS (such as Salesforce). Thanks for your help.

Hi Donald,

This may be difficult. Such contracts may contain non-disclosure constraints on the signatories because of their very nature-they could contain clauses that may be specially negotiated and therefore are restricted.

What are you looking to do ultimately?

Yes I understand that many such SAAS contracts might have specific language or sections that I would need to modify. I am wanting to review some existing agreements to get a better more in-depth understanding of the different nuances in SAAS contracts. Thanks for your help. Don
