Hello. I’m an auditor at a big 4 firm in a developing country (indonesia). I’m really interested in finding a job in a developed country (australia, canada or uk/europe) within the next 4 years. By that time I would have around 5 years of work exp. at a big4, and (hopefully) have cleared the CFA exam (going to sit for lv2 this year) and perhaps the ACCA. I wonder how feasible/difficult is it for someone without a local degree, but with work experience and professional certifications to gain employment in those countries? Would taking a master’s degree there improve my chances?
