We are a small co using QB Online. Our ProAdviser suggests we move to Desktop for better reporting. We are also looking for a time-tracking add-on that employees can use remotely. Any suggestions?

These are the advantages of QBO over Desktop - I am a Pro Advisor certified with Quickbooks Online. If the Pro Advisor you are talking to is trying to move you into Desktop, they do not want to work with QBO. QBO Plus is superior to any of the desktop versions if it matches your industry needs.

Specifically to your question: QBO allows the setup of unlimited users to view reports only or enter time tracking, depending on the subscription level chosen. This is not so in QuickBooks desktop.
