I need to implement a timesheet system for project teams. Currently they do not track time by project and all billing is fixed price. I want to track time by individual across multiple projects and have the ability to charge customers on a T&M basis. I am looking for an inexpensive cloud-based tool for about 20-30 users. Thanks!

1. What
-Does it support multiple billing methods?
-Does it support rev rec?
2. Do you only need to enter time to projects?
3. What about entry and approval of project based travel expenses and materials purchases?

They use QB Online (but it does not have to integrate). It would need to support multiple billing methods. Just time on projects plus approvals. There are no materials purchases

I don't know much about the QB add-on market so hopefully others will weigh in here on solutions for time/expense entry and billing/rev rec.
However, I can suggest that you take a look at Nexonia for time/expense entry and Bill.com for billing as part of initial research, among others.
