Management Subsciption Platforms?

Hi, I am looking to adapt a subscription management platform. I have been looking into Zuora, Recurly, Chargify, Chargebee and Cheddergetter. Zuora seems very expensive so I think I am crossing this out, and most of the programs seem to be the same. Some characteristics that I am looking for our MRR, Churn rate, earned income and sales tax. Does anyone have experience with these platforms and can give an opinion if the platform helped or didn't help them? Thanks!

Most likely, a subscription management/billing platform will help you. However, if and which, one of the many platforms would be best for you will depend on your business, revenue and business model. Many of lower-tier systems focus primarily on just managing subscriptions and do not address the bigger picture of "order-to-cash" such as revenue recognition, A/R, reporting and analytics, flexible product catalog, etc.. Again, depending on your business, this may/may not, be a requirement of yours.

In addition to the solutions you mentioned, there is also TRACT from goTransverse. It is a mid-tier solution, but is very rich in features and functionality.
