Managing Multiple Companies

I would recommend going to Quickbooks website and researching the different version they have available. I say this because I did it when we upgraded to Enterprise from Pro and each one varies a little depending on volume, users and entities.

Don't go below QuickBooks Premier:Accountant Edition.

The best feature is the Batch Reclassify. So if you enter the transactions and go over the numbers with your chief only to discover that a certain repetitive transaction isn't what you thought it was, you can reclassify them all in a couple of clicks.

Consider a hosted solution if your clients will also want access to the books in real-time.
