I was wondering if anyone uses a software to manage legal agreements. We have a lot of different contracts, addendums etc with various partners, clients, and all are managed in regular folders and backed up on a network. The problem is multiple people have access and sometimes can misplace or move agreements, etc. Also another reason to have some sort of flags for contract end dates, renewals dates etc. Thank you

We save client contracts in our CRM tool. We use hubspot. Prior to that, we used Google Drive. Not an ideal answer, but a very cheap, inexpensive solution.
