Does anyone know how to stop MS Outlook from adding single quotation marks from the beginning and end of e-mail addresses? I have searched and read through many forums but found no solutions. It's impractical to add all the e-mail addresses to my Outlook address book. The quotation marks cause the e-mails to return as undeliverable. I fix this by deleting the quotation marks but that solution is too time consuming. Thanks.

I have typically relied heavily on the "auto fill" feature of Outlook. If I don't have that email address, I may have to pull it from contacts or reply to an email and copy the email address from the email as it can now be edited or pulled from that message.

Did you check the CSV file QB exported? Does it have the quote marks surrounding the email address? If so just do a search and replace on that column, save and import into Outlook...
