We are selling enterprise software in Europe. Moderate size deals, both full-payment up-front and subscriptions. Some of our European customers don't like to send money overseas. They want a local company with a local bank that can do invoicing. This has gotten especially acute with the Euro-style invoice-payment clearing process which eliminates paper invoices and checks entirely. I've done this with European subsidiaries, but would like to do it this time through an agency, like, pay them a % vig the way that you would pay a collections agent or a lender for a factored invoice. Ideas? Experience? Honest vendors? Thanks, all!
