Need help with choosing software!

Hello, I'm working with a Medical Practice in Africa. We are a very small high end clinic specializing in top notch western care and evacuation services for our clientele. We need a software solution ASAP. Currently our needs are as follows: -Ability to track our clients membership and subscriptions. -We would like the ability to have notifications when clients must renew their subscriptions (an automated process sending emails would be great.) -We also need the same system to create of invoices, and track patients by personal information, company name, and whoever is actually paying for their medical care independently of one another -We are getting quickbooks, but to the best of my knowledge quickbooks lacks the ability to track subscriptions. However, we would like (either) a well integrated accounting platform that includes membership subscription tracking, (or) something that incorporates well with quickbooks, to manage accounts, and revenue/expenditures/payroll/taxes, etc. for our business. We are desperate and NEED a solution ASAP! We are doing our best to provide medical care in the midst of an Ebola virus outbreak, but we are understaffed, over worked, and need a comprehensive software solution ASAP.
