The main issue with the UK leaving the EU are related to the fact that all the commercial agreements will be compromised, for many companies it means higher taxes on export/import.

Prediction: In less than one week the markets will be back to mostly relative normal.
After all, nothing actually happens for at least a couple of years while they negotiate the divorce.
And "divorce" isn't really the right word, since they're still going to have lots of trade and policy connections.
In fact, most of today's drop is correcting out yesterday's gain in faulty anticipation of Bremain.
Net/net... big whoop.
