Obero and Q Commission Software Recommendations

Hi, We're a midsize company with multiple sales offices in the US. We use Sales Force and FinancialForce Accounting and process payroll on the ADP Workforce Now platform. We have a couple hundred employees who are eligible for a sales commission/bonus. We've been processing commissions using Excel, but would like to transition to a dedicated commission software application. Cost is a factor. We were initially drawn towards Xactly, but it was way too expensive between both the implementation cost and annual fee. We are currently looking at Obero and Q Commission, but leaning towards Obero. I'm looking for an opinion on either Obero and Q Commission - what do you like or not like about either application? Also, if you have any other commission software application recommendations I would be interested. Thank you!
