My company is currently looking to switch payroll service providers. We are currently with ADP and are looking to switch to either Paycor or Paycom. Does anyone have any experience with either of these two companies?
Paycor vs Paycom Pros & Cons

Our company switched from ADP (who we had used for 10 plus years) to Paycor October 1st. I do not remember which verison of ADP we were on but our version did not include a HRIS piece so accessing reports from ADP, while do able, was not as user friendly for a non regular user as we would have hoped for. We have one payroll person who processes payroll. When a backup processes the payroll, the once or twice a year it occurs, it is difficult because the screens on our version where not what I will refer to as user (windows) friendly. Conversely Paycor is intutive, it appears as a layout similar to many windows programs so using the fields is easy. We are going to install Paycor's HRIS portion because of all the readily avaialbe reports that are data base driven and easy to customize.
Our conversion went very smoothly. Paycor took the ADP data and converted it so there was very little manual input. We have 225 employees in 14 states so that was a concern. The biggest adjustment has been the reports generated by Paycor do not look like the ADP reports so we are writitng reports to match what we were used to usign from ADP.
ADP was a good payroll providor whose
