Does anyone have a fee schedule from the ususal suspects for payroll processing? ADP vs Paychex or Ceridian, etc.
I am looking for a general fee schedule that outlines the costs of processing payrolls, W-2's, 1099's,

I can provide you with a current item by item fee list from Paychex and ADP, but I should probably do that by direct email rather than post on line. A recent ADP quote we requested was pretty much within 5% or so of what we are currently paying Paychex over the course of a year, including 26 payrolls, time clock and on line time reporting system, quarterly filings, W-2's etc. -- and that is around $12k to $13k per year for a 40 person payroll, mainly in WA, but a handful in two other states.
