Hi - we are filing a proxy statement for the first time this year and there are a multitude of vendors, broadridge being one of them. Does anyone here have experience filing the proxy statement - in addition the typical costs associated with this. If you are a small, medium, or large public company please also state that. We are smaller - so I want to somehow compare if what we were quoted ($150,000) is reasonable?
