QBO Sync with Amex

We use Quickbooks Online and until a couple of weeks ago, we were able to sync all the transactions into the Credit Card registers. All corporate card holders were able to log into their Amex accounts and code all charges to an account and class which Amex pulled from our QBO file. Suddenly at the end of November, that entire functionality disappeared. Has anyone had the same experience?

Yes, there was a major update to QuickBooks Online in November.

Jump to the section called "American Express Connect to QuickBooks" at the bottom. Charlie hasn't come out with the follow-up article yet but that's what I've got for the moment.

You need to be logged in as the Master Administrator to set up the Connect with QuickBooks feature.

Then you should be good to go.
