I would recommend connecting with local QuickBooks Proadvisors for technical and user support. They have better access to Intuit support team. Otherwise you may be on the phone with India for hours.
Scott, Can you frame your question better? Ambiguous questions result in few responses, or responses that force us all to "guess" what comments you're asking for... Are you asking us to "comment" on the cost-benefit of the support? The usefulness/effectiveness/results of support provided?
