Has anyone used any 3rd party applications to integrate
Integrating Quickbooks and Salesforce
Answers
While we never integrated QB with SFDC, we did create a custom field in QB to store the SFDC Opportunity ID for each sale. This modification made it much easier for combined QB/SFDC lookups.
Bob, quick q on you comment above. I've created a custom field on QB Customer object to store the SFDC Id, but I can't seem to get it to appear in the 3rd party tool I'm using to integrate SFDC to QB... using Boomi.... was wondering if you had to do anything special to get the custom field to appear outside of QB? thanks... Clayce
We have plug-ins with Quickbooks and Salesforce will be completed this quarter. We also have third party partners that have done this integration as well depending on the level of integration requirement.
There was a standard integration available for a while - based on Pervasive
You can review standard cloud EAI tools (enterprise application integration) to see what is possible. Pervasive is a stand alone company. Boome was purchased by Dell. Standard adapters for CRM and ERP applications can support the required data flow.
Hi Matthew,
I know this is a late reply, but have you found a solution yet?
The QuickBooks and Salesforce integration solution from Intuit was discontinued on December 3rd, 2014. Workato has a Quickbooks + Salesforce integration solution that addresses most common integration scenarios.

Hi Matthew,
I would like to introduce one more native appexchange app – SynQ. With SynQ, you can look at your Quickbooks online financial information right within Salesforce. Few Features:
1. It maps any Custom Field in Salesforce Object to Quickbook Online
2. Syncs customer details with Account
3. You can see all the invoices related to an Account. You can also drill down into the specific invoice details and invoice line details too.
4. You can see all the payments related to an Account. You can also drill down into the specific payment details and the related invoice details too.
Here is the Appexchange link:

Hi Matthew,
There are many tools for doing this for ex. Zapstich, DBSync or Informatica. As per my experience, I will suggest DBSync as it provides you the combination of Salesforce and QuickBooksOnline adapters. You can integrate your salesforce and QuickBooksOnline by using our default ready template under the Process Library section. The ready to use process template sync's data from Salesforce to QuickBooks Online and vice-versa.
You can get it here : http://www.mydbsync.com/integration/salesforce-quickbooks-solutions/online-integration
