Recommendations for simple cloud-based budget software

Looks like you've reviewed the more common ones. My recommendation is to see about getting one that integrates with your accounting software so you don't need to update data all the time. If you are using a hosted version of QuickBooks or QuickBooks online, there are add-ons or widgets that may help you do this in the cloud. Or, if you don't mind having the data separated from accounting software there are options like BudgetTracker.com or budgetsimple.com. Some of these are designed with personal finance in mind, but I have found that these personal finance apps get the job done. Simply rename the "Monthly Gas Expense" line "Monthly Advertising Expenses".

We already use Quickbooks for out accounting software and are hoping to use just a budget software that is compatible with QB.

If members of your team need to budget based of actuals, and don't necessarily need all the details, I wonder if what you are looking for is more along the lines of a dashboard/tracking tool. ProfitSee, Qvinci, Clearify, BodeTree are some of the popular ones that I have recommended to people in the past. You might take a look at their demos or videos to see if they have what you are looking for.
