To build off of Sara's reply, bear in mind that ERP for consulting services firms (as opposed to products) is often referred to as PSA (professional services automation). The features differ because PSA deals with people resources rather than materials resources.
Can you provide more context to the question. Are you trying to figure out how best to forecast revenue?
Which I'm assuming isn't directly tied to a software product which monitor's, reports, presents that forecast?
