My current company along with Accenture are mandating that we implement SAP
Does anyone have key examples (ex. not all subsidiaries will be on SAP) that would discourage the executive team from going forward with implementing the SAP solution other than the time and cost to implement since that does not seem to work?

First a good example of how to use an anonymous posting!
Second, if you email me offline, I can introduce you to an independent FX implementation consultant who has worked on SAP Treasury projects for some large companies, and he may be able to help you answer your concerns/build a business case.
Third, ask your holding company for a summary of the evaluation work performed on the selection. Then you can look at the pros and cons of the solutions considered. I presume you were involved somehow?

We chose a different service provider for the FAS133/IAS39 portion. We were able to show SAP was not in line with industry best practices in this particular segment.
From a TMS perspective, we are looking for an solution that has the following capabilities; in-house banking, I/C loan

It appears you have done some research. The answer on capabilities depends on many factors. For every capability you listed, I have four to five questions regarding your current SAP instance/instances.
