You might try Dick Marshall in San Francisco. He is very well connected and will tell you if he is not right for your job.

I would recommend David Wittrock (http://www.wittrockassoc.com/). I have worked with David since the mid 90's and always contact him regarding tax matters. He to will let you know if he can do the job or certainly find you someone who can. He is a former Tax Partner with KPMG, a CPA and tax lawyer. Good luck.
