Suggestions for Global Payroll Solution

Hi, have you looked into ADP's GlobalView/HCM product? Its a global payroll solution.
Should consider looking at www.iipay.com. They can handle all the international payroll at a country level with a consolidated view for you here.

Do you need payroll, or the more comprehensive
Payroll is often a very localized application because of country specific legislation, and so you may want to question what exactly you need centralized?
Some international clients I have worked with stay local for payroll and some HR, with sharing of HR data and summary payroll data that corporate really need. That can be done via portals etc.
You also need to look out for laws in countries that govern where personal employee data may be stored (on servers).
I'd suggest you make sure your requirements are clear first, before looking at vendors.
Depending on your size and needs, you could look at:
Ceridian
ADP
TMF Group
Success Factors (now owned by SAP)
You could go with ADP or Ultipro which are both global payroll providers.
I was told today that Ultipro is not global by a company using it?
I recommend you to go for SAP, which will cover the full spectrum of your payroll needs under a single dashboard accessible global, in the cloud.
As you have gathered by now, there are varied opinions and products. Having implemented many of these systems, the key is always to define your real needs first, and then evaluate the providers ability to meet them. There are trade offs with any system, so you need to be aware of what they may be, and select the one that offers the best overall solution.
I have been installing a global payroll solution for my current company. I have selected Paylocity for the US payroll and Blue Marble for the international payrolls. Blue Marble is a
Blue Marble can provide one employer portal which will have visibility to the worldwide payroll for your company, including Paylocity for the US. Employers may run reports by job title, country, etc. There is also a currency conversion feature when running reports.
I beleive this to be a very cost effective and efficient solution and highly recommend it.
Stick with SaaS if you're already there in the US. I've used two of the legacy providers; they get the job done, but not very pleasantly -- you won't want to take a step back. Workday is top tier; Namely is an up-and-comer to consider if you can get comfortable with the fact that they're very young.
I agree with the comments of evaluating your needs. If the employees are in Europe you may want to consider Eurodev at eurodev.com. They can help with the complicated HR (and potentially costly) rules in the different countries.
Regarding WorkDay, their assertion is a little tricky in that I was told today by someone looking at implementing them that " Workday does not offer an international payroll solution, only pre-built integrations between Workday and the third party payroll vendor." You may still pay for two solutions.
