I use Freshbooks for my company. It's easy, fast and there are some reports (it also allow you to bill and send those bills via e-mail).

We use Toggl. I researched a whole lot and found that it is the best tool out there for timetracking for our consulting business. I do not know about the PeachTree integration though. I do know that they cannot integrate well with QuickBooks but that is more of a QuickBooks problem.
