How many companies/CEOs have the guts to have this kind of thinking and establish this kind of culture..... Focus on the video of Jet.com CEO Marc Lore and the types/kind of transparency he cultivated. remember, that Jet.com was founded 2014, that is $3B in 2 years. By differing degrees, a lot of startups (from a wide variety of "industries") have adopted transparency. What say you? Why do you think it will NOT work for your company/ies? What are your objections to the kind of thinking? http://www.businessinsider.com/walmart-buy-jet-company-culture-transparency-marc-lore-2016-8?utm_content=buffer5187f&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer
Transparency

Interesting video. Most CEOs I know would be scared to death to give that type of transparency. Maybe 1% would do this. Most CEOs are old school and believe that the more information they have that others don't, gives them power. Most CEOs are driven by money, power and/or sex. That is typically the way they came to be in that position.
